Fixed the units sets so that the appropriate bonuses (from temples, zeal traits and such) will be applied.

Cyrene: counterbalanced the malus of public order from presence of hellenic culture.

Cyrene rebalanced:
- added 1500 hidden income.
- added 1 Pentapolitan Thureos to city and towns garrisons (will pop only after the very first military research).
- added 1 African Skirmisher Cav to town garrisons (will upgrade).
- reduced Pentapolitan Thureos' upkeep to 125 (or 130, can't remember.).
- Pentapolitan Cavalry is now Barracks III, and African Riders are now Barracks II.
- added a diplomacy bonus towards hellenic factions (+15) since for some reason you are considered some sort of an african kingdom. Total +10 towards hellenes and africans, still -5 towards punic.

Knossos:
- fixed the military grouping. That means no more thoraxes whatsoever.

... and fixed their tooltip.

Added the new Pentapolitan Cavalry to Cyrene.

Fixed Massilian Heavy Pikes hitpoints.

Refined Massilian Levy Pikes' recruitment. Also, Cyrene had its old Thureos Spears totally replaced on land.
