- Taunt now gives half a bar rather than a full one
- Coin cancelling can no longer be done out of grabs (thanks LOB)
- Movement dialed back on moves that have it to F2 or slower

- Risk now guard breaks properly

- lucky cards (blue cards) are no longer parriable BUT still blockable
- table top no longer land cancels (no more tabletop dash tech)
- added a taunt. doesn't do anything aside from meter gain... yet
