Added hotkey to switch between forms, by default "T", thanks to "Mercencium" for this feature.
Crowbars will keep "Repaired X times" between switches (will be invisible while in spear form, but should be back again when back to original form, if you're using mods that allow to repair crowbars).
Tweaked base crowbar UV map (it was a mess).
