- Buffed the damage value from 31 to 38.

- Increased the reload duration to 5.03 seconds.
- Changed the mod's file name, thumbnail and description.

(These changes are made specifically for the MWII RPK mod for AK-47. Using it with either the vanilla AK-47 or anything apart from that weapon mod will make the gun reload slower.)
