With the help of Poltergeist who showed me a great method of patching existing methods, I redid the whole mod scripting.

Now it simply patches the Callout (shout) action) with extra code for the sound, so it will not interfere with any other mods and it doesn't overwrite any vanilla definitions.

- The player can no longer trigger the sound while in Driver seat (to avoid screaming HEY while pressing the vehicle horn button).
