Fixed Kronii's dualwield attack animation when wearing a Void Cowl (Terrors bellow update).

Bug fix:

Prevent kronii from doing an animation cancel to spam her offhand weapon when attacking.
This was causing her to attack with almost no delay.

Crash when overclocking with a Shield of Terror.

Bug fix:

Fixed chance of crashing caused by the new plants from the update. (Fix only works for Kronii's weapons if it still crashes then it really is Klei's code.)
