Moved convar check for hud

- Mass backend update
- Removed excess skins for disk space

- Missile speed increase, because it apparently was slow.

- Removed old exhaust particle flames
- Removed all usage of Lerp()

- Added support for new afterburner effect
- Increased missile speed and turn rate
- Changed top speed and health

- Reduced gun damage
