- Fixed bug where Flail skill consumed cooldown even when used while attacking.

CHANGES:
- Effetivity Display temporarily removed to re-design UI.
-Client Configuration received a lot of new customizations.

COMPATIBILITY:
- Added Compatibility to Thorium Mod:
- Spear Tips now work in Spear Weapons typed by Eliaria, as long as it behaves as vanilla spears. (shoot projectiles).

- Fixed Bug where boomerang chain and debuff wasn't being applied.
- Fixed bug where player direction could be changed while parrying when using other specific mods.
- Grab boomerang Secondary Attack back now reset it cooldown.

- Fixed bug where thrown spear were draw in wrong positions.
- Thrown Spears can now be picked from the ground using Secondary Attack Click while the player uses other weapons.
- Thrown Spears can now be picked from the ground using the Attack Button while the player inventory has the Spear selected.
- Thrown Spears now reduce cooldown when picked from the ground.
Reduction Amount:
25 + 25 x (Quantity Of Hitted Targets) %
