Cleaned up some of the lua code, syringes now only apply through the treatment on self window, shouldn't get exp value * stack every time you swing a syringe now.

Soon this mod will require Slippery When Wet to function, please subscribe to that mod and place this mod above it. For now i'll be leaving the diving changes in here just make sure this overwrites the Slippery When Wet mod.

Updated helmets to require battery, you won't see effects till a new item is created

A light toggle has been added to all the helmets, the logic for pressure calculation has been moved to LUA to make it easier in general to work on and to also make the removal of the process from bots much more consistent. Should no longer have bots decapitating themselves after switching from them in full gear.
