Fuckup engineer has gotten its tree rework
The electrician tree is now the robotocist tree and contains various recipes from mechanic that were removed including robotics, portable pump, Hullfixer grenades and exosuit while also maintaining the Arc Emitter.

In return some of it's crowbar effectiveness has been removed and the Nuclear Expert tree has been reworked to focus primarily on providing explosives

PUCs has finally been updated to use the new system and now really useful for Hazardous Reactors. Most of it's half life reference shit has been stripped and it's now just a normal diving suit with a focus on radiation protection and fuel rod management.

Diving helmets should no longer spawn in random suits

Upgrades for ID Cards to include vanilla tabs wasn't working very well anyway so i've commented out the code as I think it may be the cause of the some inventory issues.

Added a third gun with a lever that toggles between the top gun and the bottom gun, the only source of light for the tail gunner is a large red blinking tail light.
