EK HV Battery works

Adds custom compatibility for Saber Personal Protection REMAKE:
The last tier of helmet won't use oxygen, has a better light, and is invisible because why hide robot???

Last the last tier wetsuit adds water resistance so you can use any diving suit you want. It doesn't give the movement speed anymore, however, and only 6000 meters resistance.
