General:
- Halved the damage of all the base 4 arrows, removed first hit bonus.
- Spring Arrow Damage/ComboDamage down from 120/60 to 60/60
- Other Arrows Damage/ComboDamage down from 110/50 to 30/30
=> If Summer has the DoT, and Autumn/Winter are easy combo extenders, why not slice the damage there.
=> Bouncing arrows will keep their damage profile (140/50), but have their Chip Damage Modifier set to x0.8 (from x1.0) so blocking is an actual safe option.
=> This will also nerf shotgunning with Backflip, so Vixen mains rejoice ig
- Increased DI mod from 1.0 to 1.1 on all arrows
- Summer Poison Effect:
- DoT from 4 damage for 30 ticks (120dmg total) to 3 damage for 30 ticks (90 dmg total)

Normals:
- Quickshot
- Increased DI modifier from 0.5 to 1.0
- Forward Toggle is now a High (was a Low)
- Spin Kick
- Reduced Windup from 20f to 13f
- Enough time has passed


Specials:
- Dash Shot
- 2 frame delay added (was actually able to dodge Burst, not anymore lol)
- Spin Shot
- no longer flippable
- also has a 2 frame delay added
- Backflip / Bicycle Kick
- Reduced Height slider magnitude.
=> With no momentum, you won't jump higher than a regular jump anymore.
=> No additional delay needed, since it was already at a 2 frame delay
- Bouncing Shot
- Arrows should now start their chase consecutively instead of at once.
- Known Bug: Sometimes the projectile forgets where the enemy is in prediction ._.
Supers:
- Reduced Damage of Regular and Sky Splitter Supers from 250 and 500 to 140 and 280
- Minimum damage of 10/20 remains unchanged
- PREDICTION BUG FIXED!!! THIS TIME!?!?
=> Specifically, when the opponent got ready before the laser fully fired, it would completely disappear from the prediction, turning an easy block or roll into a nightmare. Thank you VHS, you were absolutely invaluable in squashing this bug.
- But these nerfs will also come with something truly evil:
- Added DI Control to the double laser *insert maniacal evil laughter*

Knockback on Arrows were doubled on accident a while ago. Went from 5.0 -> 10.0 -> 6.5
