- Updated to Stellaris 4.1

Note: Yes... I know that the dim lasers are still a problem but I simply don't have the time or motivation to work on Stellaris mods right now. All that matters is that the mod functions in the current version of the game (which it does).

- Updated to Stellaris 4.0, surprisingly nothing really is broken here

Changes to Buildings:

- Updated the job output of buildings added by this mod to 4.0 standards
- Buffed all building modifiers (except the Hypervelocity Gun) to make them somewhat more useful
- Overall the buildings added by this mod are kinda due for a rework, along with basically this entire mod to be honest

- Removed the Simplified Chinese localisation by the request of 卡尔文迪斯梅特 (apparently it is bugged?) Anyways a separate patch has been linked for proper translation for that language.

Further refinements to AI usage of these weapons including:

- AI should now fully prioritize Star Wars weapons over the vanilla weapons if they are set up as a custom force-spawned empire with the ability to use them via the traits, weight of all viable Star Wars Weapons has been increased to 10 for these empires.
- The AI weight for all Star Wars weapons that require special resources will now revert to 0 if the AI does not have access to those resources.
- The AI weight for the Ultraheavy Ion-Cannon, Ion Pulse Missile, Quadruple Turbolaser and Octuple Turbolaser has been set to 0 for the time being (along with the Standard Ion Cannons and Proton Bombs which are there already), pending additional testing to see if I can get the AI to use these weapons responsibly (though just an FYI, I have my doubts).

Other Changes:

- Added localisation files for all languages supported by Stellaris (though still all in English but at least the text shouldn't be broken now if playing in a different language)

- Tried to combat the issue regarding the blurry bolts of laser cannon, turbolaser and ion cannon weapons when zoomed out, all of the entities for these weapons have had their size at least doubled
