- A couple other miscellaneous changes related to healing

- Harpoon Gun trinket now directly clears Hunt Down's cooldown on ranged attack instead of just applying a "-buff duration" towards the skill. This prevents it from affecting buffs/debuffs from other sources like critical hits or other trinkets when using Hunt Down while this trinket is equipped.
- This also makes the debuff pop-up not proc when using Hunt Down while this trinket is equipped (at least for me). The more I learn!

- attempted to fix bad tooltip in Beyond All Repair trinket

- Renamed "Guiding Candle" to "Moonlight Candle"

removed an xcf file that used to be chilling in her camping skill icons folder that unneccessarily adds 30 MB, trimming down the folder size of this mod by that amount
