Change Note Alpha:
- Fixed the sky_black_nofog (changed it into regular sky_black)
- Added a few fixes to the cubemaps
- Prevents player from Flinging Outside the Portal 1 area
- Fixed Rector's UNINTENDED solution.
- Re-alligned some textures
- Re-alligned textures so their 2.5d effects lined up
