Fixed Hirable event spawns

Renegade Utility Diving Suit had too many issues, and having the weapon/tool built into the arm was more of an inconvenience than it was worth.
Replaced the Renegade Utility Diving Suit with a Renegade Combat Diving Suit. It's effectively an upgraded Combat Diving Suit, with higher resistances, and Smart Oxygen usage. It also has a weapon slot and 6 ammo slots as pockets.

Added Hazardous Reactors' contamination resistance to Renegade Diving suit and Renegade Combat suit

Fixed issue with Renegade Combat Suit not protecting against low oxygen when worn by a Renagade with the Combat Specialist talent.

Fixed names on Incendium (broad) sword being backwards.
Fixed utility suit not Mining ores

Fixed large welding fuel tanks not looking right in the oxygen generator.
Fixed the flashlight on the Carbine rifle.
