- Fixed some triggers in the Targaryen invasion game rule: (1) it will now only destroy titles if the holder is AI, and (2) it will only bond with Daenerys' dragons if they are not already bound to another dragon

- New event for Mance Rayder deserting the Night's Watch and becoming King-Beyond-the-Wall, which can trigger from 289AC onwards if Mance is a brother of the Night's Watch and not incapable (make sure the Empire Dissolution game rule is TURNED OFF for this to work properly)
