New DNAs, allocated beards/hairs.
Dynamic hairs added for Robert Baratheon and a couple others.
Velaryons can now intermarry.
Velaryons and Celtigars no longer have special feudal contracts with the Lord of Dragonstone, which annoyingly used to get carried over once the Lord of Dragonstone became King.
