Brought legends and plagues into the mod
Added lore-friendly localization for legends and plague events
Longer-lived races should have a resistance to catching the plague based on their maximum lifespan
Cultures of longer-lived races interact differently with plagues:
Plague will rarely spread through Queldorei land and they will be unaffected by it
On the other hand, the plague will spread right through Kaldorei land but they will never catch the plague
Shorter-lived races can learn the hygiene and philosophy of longer-lived races giving them some of the benefits
Added a few unique legend seeds for Humans, Dwarves, Tauren, and Elves
Additional mitigation for character deaths by event, especially for long-lived characters

Race traits now have bonuses associated with them. Some tweaks have been introduced to this. For example, humans no longer have a health bonus but have a higher diplomacy, grummles are better caravaneers, Nathezim can learn more languages, and aquatic races have more safety whilst travelling in the seas, and so on.
Lich King trait has been buffed.
Icons have been added for Dragon Turtles and Witch Doctor MAA
Religious requirements have been tweaked to join the Axis of Awful - this has been changed from general shaman religion to just the faiths of the original members (Mrligion, Candlist, Fetishist and Salamandrist)
If you own the Legacy of Persia the Carnal Exaltation tenet that Sargerism and Vindictorism has, has been replaced with Sacred Murder
King tier Gnomish republic rulers are now called High Tinkers. Empire tier are called Grand Tinkers.
Exodar title has received a colour change and is now the same shade of pink as the original GOA

Government and title changes
Wildhammer, orcs, and taurens are now linked to clan governments. Instead of converting to feudal ways, they can now convert to clan ways.
Some orcish titles are now clans.
Added the Shadow Council as the head of faith for Corruptists.
Gul’dan is the first Shadow Lord, and Fel’dan is the second.
Corruptism is now a faith of the Doombringer religion.
Since the Stormreaver clan did not exist before the Second War, all the Stormreaver characters in the first bookmark were given another culture.
The Shadow Council, along with the Burning Blade Clan on Kalimdor, are now corruptists.

Theramore Mechanic
The Theramorean culture or descendant culture has a unique mechanic.
Two parties (xenophilic and xenophobic)
~30 different quests. The type of the next quest depends on the ratio of parties to each other
You have rewards for completing quests. And you can choose it. There is no penalty for not performing a quest
4 types of policies (union, trade, culture, faith). 3 laws in each of them
Settlers from Azeroth. Every year some random amount arrives. You also get them for completing tasks. Some policies also increase the amount of them yearly. You can use settlers to press one of four buttons.

Added 12 new flavor events for Tauren/Earth Mother/Central Kalimdor
Added 8 new decisions for the different cultures of Central Kalimdor

Universal code to add new unions more easily.
You can call your union members in offensive wars only if you are the leader of the union. High (de)centralization can change it
The marriage penalty modifier for accepting doesn't take union allies into account
Forsaken can easily join the horde if they take any kingdom (Lordaeron for Sylvanas)
