Zrush no longer takes an air option

Z rush sound now does not loop (i'm tired of bug fixing)

Power up now increases damage and hitstun

Z Rush now ends on its own if it doesn't hit anything

No longer relies on Saiyan V2 (FORREAL THIS TIME)

he now works on his own and without Saiyan V2. that was very dumb
