-Fix broken client audio for Heavy Equipment Engine.
-Added "Sport Engine" and revised all speed settings for both engines.
-Added engine blue logic input = forward.
-Added engine red logic input = reverse.

-made Vehicle-Lift sticky on sides
-update texture or Rock Slider Panels
-adjust Heavy Equipment Engine speeds
-fix Heavy Equipment Engine where I previously broke fuel consumption
-add white input for Heavy Equipment Engine clutch
-add black input for Heavy Equipment Engine handbrake
-add Heavy Equipment Engine handbrake + W launch mode
-adjust player range of seeing Heavy Equipment Engine shift gears notification
-added spaceship passenger seat
(apparently also added a bug breaking the client engine sounds, will fix in next update)
