Decreased the filesize by:
- using a more suitable VTF format (RGB888 over RGBA8888)
- disabling mipmaps (mipmaps aren't present in ULTRAKILL)
KITR's textures no longer look awful when your game's texture quality is at Low.
The textures also now have Clamp S and Clamp T, which might help it look better
