Heres all of the stuff balanced

buffed all supers damage slightly except weapons
made slash through able to be used in the air and slightly changed its hitbox
reshuffled the supers so they are in order of levels used
resized executions kick hitbox to be more consistent with sprite and slightly increased damage
made 02 electric wind sus fist unable to be used after tongue kill
made forward gun keep you on the ground
changed alot of ignore armour on moves that made no sense to have it or should of had it
gave dodge punch more endlag and made some moves unable to have dodge punch used after it

it requires some spacing as hitting every hitbox will reduce the hit advantage from 6-12 to 2
this move cant be used after 15 hits in a combo for balance reasons

executioners kick) based on one of vrs kill animations: has some invincibility during the part before the kick kinda slow tho
slicer) among us arena ultimate knife going up: sends straight up
weapons) a 1:1 super that sends a slow projectile straight forward that stuns the enemy in place (guns cant be used the turn after)
Slash through) a 5:5 super that teleports you forward on the ground slashing anyone in the way: dealing massive damage
