-implementing build menu fix

-moved out of finished projects folder which may have been causing the issue. I know firewatch tower works fully, and that was the only one i forgot to move, which means this is likely the solution. let me know if it works.

-megastructure tab changed to megastructuretest temporarily

-changed subfolder ingame from Solar to Stellar, in anticipation of future releases.
-fixed bug where if looking away, dyson sphere would disappear.
