-map is now rendering on clientside props (improved performance, especially in less detailed areas)

-added LOD (entire map can be seen at once, with minimal performance impact, around 8 or 10 fps loss)

-smaller high-poly render distance

-increase collision chunk size (less frequent lag spikes)

-added sand under the water

-no need for separate collision model addon

-added version of the map with no lod named gm_infmap_sanandreas_nolod

-overall bug fixes and optimization

I think that as of right now, the map is optimized to the maximum.

Tested the map on both 32 bit and 64 bit, both version where crashing in rare case but not that much, both versions handled the map well. The lowest fps i have seen on my end was ~100 fps, in the grove street area (the most detailed one).
