Fixed error when ttt_krampus_naughty_notify was enabled
Changed krampus logic to allow other addons to mark players as naughty

Fixed players who do multiple naughty things being told twice that krampus is watching them

- Changed krampus victim escape progress labels to be clearer
- Changed krampus victim to not be animated so it doesn't look like they are jumping all the time
- Changed krampus victim release logic to prevent deadlocks
- Added sounds when a krampus carry victim is struggling
- Added camera movement dampening to smooth camera changes while being carried by the krampus
- Fixed krampus' victim's camera angles following krampus' camera angles during the post-release delay time

Detectoclown
- Added a delay to the detectoclown name change client call to fix it not updating properly

Fixed faker HUD not showing up

Fixed detectoclown name not changing on the server

Fixed krampus getting a secondary win when there was no Krampus in the round

- Fixed krampus carry victim struggle bar not correctly tracking progress
- Fixed krampus carry victim not facing the same way as krampus
