Changed Tiledef number due to possible conflicts with Water dispenser mod. There might be invisible plants in old saves, sorry for that

Changed amount of days needed for plant to grow: 29 --> 17 days

Min harvest: 4 --> 5 leaves

Grinded tobacco = 10 dry leaves

1 Grinded tobacco + 1 Paper sheet = 40 Cigarettes

Fixed the rebalanced recipe of grinded tobacco
Reduced amount of time needed to grind tobacco and craft a cigarette

Found an issue with getting 1 cigarette instead of 20. Can't fix it normally, so I rebalanced recipes. Now you need less tobacco leaves(2 instead of 10) to get grinded tobacco and craft 1 cigarette.
