Strawberry sauce and chopped strawberries now require a cake layer before they can be combined. Also (hopefully) fixed the cake slice visual bug for non-hosts with higher latency. (reupload: I forgot to change the version number again)

Cakes no longer need to be chopped before being portioned. Cake slices are increased to a $9 payout, and cheesecake slices are decreased to $7. Also fixed a bug that caused cheesecake to appear on a plate with just sides (reupload, I forgot to update mod version)

Fixed the Cake card to have the intended 30% customer reduction (this is probably why it felt much harder than was expected)
