-Reverted the spawn closer change since that only worked when facing one direction and made it worse in the other
-The models now have their own folder so there shouldn't be any replacement issues

-Materials didn't show up to the particles so now they're a separate addon if you have L4D2
-Made it so the crash ends up closer to where the player spawns it

-(Hopefully) fixed the missing textures
-Added two new convars:
"l4dplanecrash_gonetime" to change when the plane model will disappear
"l4dplanecrash_sound" to change the sound that plays into whatever shitpost you want
