Beta 1 is out!

- Map got its artpass!
- A few QoL fixes for the gameplay
- Full map optimization
- Whole SFX implementation
- DM/TDM support

Alpha 3!
- Added additional doorway to the point C.
- Removed access to the roof (yet).
- Added staircase to the building next to the US side tunnel.
- Decreased some of the buildings.
- Tweaked point A.
- Changed the warehouse geometry inside.

ALPHA 2.1 HOTFIX:
- Fixed points
- Blocked off the roof

ALPHA 2 CHANGES:
- Moved spawns a bit further
- Removed the pipe
- Added one additional point
