Kremlin Wonder has been given an "upgrade". Originally, we never meant to have a Kremlin Wonder, but it was more interesting giving Russia and Poland the ability to recruit Cumans from a Kremlin (alongside the Cumans themselves) rather than have a burial vault for Muslim and barbarian factions.
