Attempt to fix LVS and simfphys 'conflict' with this addon; CVar optimizations

fixed an issue where the player's camera would collide with a simfphys vehicle's wheels

code improvements

Replaced CVar prefix 'dynamic_vcam' with 'dvt' for convenience and simplicity reasons.

If you had made a preset before, do the following:
1. Head over to your Garry's Mod directory.
2. Locate: garrysmod\settings\presets\dynamic_vehicle_thirdperson
3. Replace all instances of 'dynamic_vcam' with 'dvt' in your preset.
