Fixed M16 charge handle & Pistol Draw Animation

- Removed LookUp/Down Anims on Most remaining weapons
- Fixed Scar Deploy Animation
- Removed CSS Weapons since some people seem to be having issues with them, they are now in a seperate pack.

- Removed LookUp/Down Anims on several weapons
- Fixed Fingers on a few animations (notably CSS MP5 and SG552)
- Made mp5 iron sights "usable"
- Adjusted positional offsets for some weapons
- Fixed Deagle Firing Anims & Adjusted Mesh (It now has a barrel)
- Adjusted M16 Recoil Animation (no longer inverted lol)
- Added some faces to the M16, specifically to the underside of the charging handle and a few other spots.
- Fixed several issues with pistols (Specifically fixed the trigger on the glock going behind your hand when looking at items for too long)

Added scopes for all scoped weapons (snipers + Sg552), Snipers use a standard cross reticle, SG552 uses a holographic red dot, accuracy might vary

Adjusted offsets for M16 so iron sights line up with where you're firing
Adjusted firing animations for M16 and Mac10
Adjusted Mac10 model (made irons easier to use and added a single screw to fill a noticable hole)

Fixed erronious UVs on glock
Made glock have extended mag so 30 mag cap makes sense
Muzzle flashes, Bullets, and Casings now come from the correct place on the glock (akimbo pistols)
Added CSS MP5 and SG552
Added PSG1/M14 Mini rifles
Fixed animation bugs on Silenced Mac-10
NOTE: SG552, PSG1, and M14 have their scopes removed, this is hopefully temporary until I can figure out a way to make scopes work in VR
