Another fix for the alwayhs display hud option not saving in single player after restating.

Fixed an issue with the Kentro where no damage was being reflected.

Fixed an issue with the megalosaurus bleed attack being enabled even if it was set to false in the config settings.

Minor fix for the megalosaurus, if it has just been uncryo'd it will no longer do it's wake up animation if a player happens to already be mounted on it.

Fixed an issue with the shadowmanes config setting that was not allowing you to activate it's unnerfed values.

The health HUD has been removed from all shadowmanes, this is because of the already existing vanilla hud that displays it's abilities and there is no clean way of having both there at the same time.

The option to always display health info will now be locally saved which will allow this setting to be loaded automatically without needing to set it every time you start the game or join a server.
