Hotfix for an issue with the wyvern harvesting happening every 10 seconds.

Fixed an issue with the config for wyvern\'s where the milk quantity was not working.

Reworked how harvesting milk is handled, you will now get more milk as more time passes.

Important fixes for the titans that would still allow them to starve to death if there was no food in it's inventory and an issue with the forest titan's left node not taking damage.

Fixed a minor issue where levelling up health would sometimes give more health than the max which would have reset on the next taken damage anyway.

Added a config option that will reduce incoming damage from alpha brute dino's on genesis.

Config settings for the extinction ice titans has been added.
Creatures that level up points into health will now regain health based on how much was added.

Fixed an issue with wild thorny dragon that would cause them to always cause 0 damage from the spike attack.
Mate boost will now increase torpor damage. (1.5x with boost)
