2/26/2023 Patch Notes:
Tempest Turbulence and Gust Pull have been going quite crazy on the battlefield. Hopefully with these nerfs, he'll be more adjusted. Additionally adjustments to Wind Gauge gain and his overall super damage.

Turbulence:
- Wind Gauge point usage increased from 40 to 60.

Mistral Smash:
- Mistral Smash damage reduced from 150 to 100
- Mistral Smash Min Damage reduced from 50 to 20

Temporal Orb:
- Wind Gauge point gain reduced from 40 to 25.

Gust Pull:
- Max range reduced from 190 to 170

Breaking Twister:
Damage reduced from 300 to 200
Min damage reduced from 200 to 140

Nashi:
- Explosion damage increased from 100 to 190
- Explosion Min Damage increased from 70 to 120

- Headwind Adjustments:
- Headwind Lifetime adjusted from 150 to 100
- If Tempest is hit, Headwind is dissipate.

Super Adjustments:
Nashi and Breaking Twister Hitstun reduced drastically.

- Tornado Spin Damage reduced:
Minimum damage reduced

- Lv 5 Nashi Damage reduced.

- Damage values adjusted across the board.
- Breaking Twister now lv 4 super.

- Gust Pull no longer Free Cancellable

- Breaking Twister damage reduced
Damage: 400 to 300
Minimum Damage: 300 to 200

- Draft Kick is now frame 5.

-Turbulence now uses 40 points of Wind Gauge in all directions as intended

- Headwind Cooldown increased from 200 to 300

- Adjusted Wind Slice.
