- Updated affliction identifiers.

- Fixed a major LAG / FPS issue when using this patch with the main version of needs.

Note : This was a mistake on my end : i didn't updated this patch correctly and basically forgot to modify the Human.xml file to prevent npcs to obtain needs based affliction resulting in major fps drop when a lot of them where present in one station.
