unscrewed the PD turret MGs and the spinals

make sure to regenerate the saves that contain Void Engines for the change to take effect

To be honest, this patch is EXTREMELY overdue but i'm glad that i did it at all.
Ahem, so basically this is an EVERYTHING IS CHEAPER patch.

In my inexperience i have severely underpowered my mod's weaponry and exacerbated that with inflated P costs.
And not just weaponry...
Anyways, enjoy the patch and happy reassembling.

NOT-SO-HOT fix!
Yeah the sniper cannons were not firing so i fixed that.
now you can actually use them

PS. they are surprisingly effective

Rolling Punch cannons can now be ripple fired.

Small QoL patch, should be easier to manage power generation now.

Did done a small adjustment to Compression Cannons and Disruptor Cannons.
They should now lead their targets a little better, and i tightened the spread on the disruptor cannons.
Hopefully you won't be feeling cheated every time you see a disruptor cannon firing and missing it's target in a pathetic fashion.

I noticed that not all the half scale building block were showing up, so i fixed that.
WARNING: export your ships and delete your saves so that the update actually works.
oh and restart your games too

Added ability to recolor any crystalline parts.
NOTE: only those parts will change colors, the rest, eg. exhaust plumes and weapon shots WILL NOT.
