Added dot crosshair to UBGLs, rocket launchers and binocular type weapons. Tank main gun crosshair and missile/rocket crosshair for aerial vehicles could have been changed too. Also added keys just in case.

Right now the rocket launcher crosshair has wrong dimensions set and it's not a perfect dot. I don't have time to blindly try different numbers so feel free to adjust them by yourself and let me know what values worked, so I can push another update.
