[ADDITIONS]

- step, a short walk
- evade, a quick dodge with short range (can be used OTG)
- height, an invincible uppercut (beaten by throws, invincible from frames 2 - 10)
- rush, a 1 bar super that performs a large dash with an accompanying sawblade
- decimator no longer zooms you across the stage when you activate it
- custom icons

[CHANGES]

- handsaw and chainsaw no longer deal pushback (they shouldn't have in the first place)
- increased directional range on cue
- added directional ui to clean
- increased range of weave
- increased speed of chase dodge
- readded the screen freeze to decimator and blaster EX (but the freeze now stops just before the launch)
- handsaw and chainsaw can now be cancelled on their final hit

- new defense move: inadequate, a counter
- blaster projectile modified

- reduced the length of the blaster throw animation
