Fixed a rare issue that could occur when hard disabling then re-enabling the mod in the middle of a run.

- Fixed an issue which made it so the entrances to red Treasure Rooms/Shops would be removed if those room types were set to be closed, when they should have been left alone.
- Fixed an oversight which allowed the D7 to be used in the secondary mirror Treasure Room on Downpour XL, causing 2 extra Knife Piece 1s to be generated. Now this action is blocked.
- If Shops or Treasure Rooms are set to be closed and the player goes to one anyway (via teleportation, bombing out of secret rooms etc.), then the entrance will remain after leaving.
- If Shops are set to be closed but the player gets a Member Card, Shops will be accessible again in order for them to get to the Member Shop room, and the Member Shop will have items as normal. The main Shop room will still be empty, but no longer darkened.

- Fixed a bug which made it so you could earn the Key Pieces by teleporting out of the ??? and Lamb boss rooms instead of beating them.
- Fixed a bug which made it so using Genesis on Depths II while 'Require Boss Rush' is set to 'No' trapped you in the Genesis room.
- Fixed a Repentance-only issue where teleporting out of Mega Satan's room during his second phase softlocked the game by transforming the floor into The Void without regenerating it.
- Fixed an oversight where Caves I, Depths I, Corpse I and Dark Room would repeat the layouts of Downpour II, Mines II, Womb II and Chest respectively. (As such the transitions to these floors are now the Forget Me Now effect.)
- Added a sound effect when an active item use is blocked (e.g. when trying to reroll The Polaroid with the D6) to make it clear that this effect is intentional and not a bug.
- Loosened the ban on using Glowing Hourglass in the starting room of a floor so that it's only blocked if it's your first visit to the room, when the effect would actually take you to the previous floor (suspending and reloading the run increments the visit count).
- Added elaborations for when settings can't be changed to the Mod Config Menu settings.
- Made it so playing with the 'BASE MENT' seed enabled disables the mod's effects (not because it breaks the game, but because it's pointless to have both things active at the same time).
- Made it so in cases where the mod's effects are forced to be disabled (e.g. in Greed Mode or in Challenges), the Mod Config Menu settings show only the Difficulty, and an explanation of why the mod is disabled.
- Improved the Dark Room to Void transition for Repentance players; now instead of changing floors immediately when Mega Satan is defeated, a Void portal will appear as is more normal. (Though you still won't receive a completion mark unless you enable the 'Mega Satan Coin Flip' setting - sorry.)
- Changed the logic of the removal of sacrifice room spikes (to prevent sequence breaking teleportation to the Dark Room). Now if you find multiple sacrifice rooms on the same floor, you can do 11 sacrifices in each one instead of just 1.
- Added softlock preventation for a number of special seeds:
-- With 'FREE 2PAY' enabled, the Knife Pieces and Boss Rush Grab Bag (if it appears) will not cost money to pick up.
-- With 'G0NE S00N' enabled, the pickup disappearing effect will be temporarily disabled while in the same room as a Big Chest, Knife Piece, or Dad's Note. If Boss Rush is set to be required, then the effect will disabled if you return to the room after the pedestal items have disappeared, allowing you to pick up the Grab Bag with no time limit.
-- With 'N0RE TVRN' enabled, the Mega Satan door will appear in The Lamb's boss room after you beat him, allowing you to progress.
-- Also for 'N0RE TVRN', Knife Pieces will be automatically set to optional for the run, meaning you can still progress if you enter the boss rooms for Downpour II or Mines II before retrieving the floor's Knife Piece.
-- For 'PAC1 F1SM', added fixes for the vanilla game soflocks that always occur when you encounter Rotgut, Mega Satan or Dogma - 2 of which you're guaranteed to encounter in a guantlet run.
-- Also for 'PAC1 F1SM', fixed all the instances where custom floor exits (and the Key Piece awards) wouldn't be triggered because they were expecting the boss to be defeated rather than the room to be cleared. This would prevent your completed Key from being used to get to Mega Satan after confronting The Lamb too, but not any more.
-- If either 'G0NE S00N' or 'N0RE TVRN' is active, you can trigger the transition to night on the Home floor by colliding with the couch in the living room instead of with Mom's Bed. For 'N0RE TVRN' this is mandatory; for 'G0NE S00N' it's only needed if you let Mom's Bed disappear before you sleep in it.

- Fixed a bug which made it so some trapdoors would still be removed even when the mod's effects are disabled.
- Added prevention for a rare but possible sequence break where you can go straight from ??? to Sheol by rerolling a rock into a trapdoor with D12.
- Made it possible to run the "Permanent Curse of the Labyrinth" easter egg seed at the same time as the mod. Previously, enabling this seed would disable the mod's effects, because for some reason if you force Mausoleum / Gehenna XL to spawn this way, the flesh door to Mom's Heart would fail to spawn at the end of the floor. Now the seed effect will just be removed during the Mausoleum, and added back for Corpse.
- Tweaked the Mod Config Menu settings so that if you view them while in a challenge or in Greed Mode, it will tell you that the mod's effects are disabled for these modes, and not allow you to view or change the current settings.

Fixed an oversight where trapdoors in the Lil Portal room would be replaced with crawl spaces needlessly. Trapdoors in the Lil Portal room always lead to the I AM ERROR room, and therefore they can't be used to sequence break.

In accordance with patch 1.9.7.11, the mod no longer gives you the Key Pieces if you reset the Dark Room after opening the Mega Satan door, because the game keeps the door open for you now.

- Fixed oversight that made sequence breaking possible if a trapdoor was generated by a reward plate.
- Changed it so that if you currently can't use floor skips, the shovel will create a new crawl space door for every use instead of once per floor.
- Made it so active items still animate even when their effect is blocked (e.g. when you try to reroll an important quest item).
- Miscellaneous fixes and improvements.

Fixed an oversight that was allowing the alt path door to spawn in some long boss rooms.
