Update Patch
-After the last update it is again possible to add buildings without crashing the automatic investment.
I have now released the Economy Center. The options previously available in the Government Administration building
can now be found here.

- To that I have added for 4 buildings more possibility to improve the output with energy.

- Adjustment to the ingame hud to include the new height of the construction loop.
