Patch 1.4.0
- Updated the mod to work with Stellaris 3.7;

- Improved AI weights for the Healthcare and Megacorp resolutions, as well as some Galactic Commerce resolutions from vanilla;

- Changed the modifiers for the Healthcare resolutions to make it more rewarding, while also more costly energy credit wise since having a Galactic Health Organisation will need funding;

- Fixed a bug related to level 1 vanilla resolutions being proposable after the level 6 resolution in that category passed;

- Fixed some bugs with localisations, resolution events & effects and AI weights;

- Fixed a lot of bugs that were present from the old mod;

- Added some missing breach fixes to the decade pulse event.

NOTE: As a big part of my mod was affected by the 3.7 update, even though I carefully inspected each file of my mod, there may still be some bugs left. Please let me know in the comments or in the bugs discussion if you encounter any issues that my mod causes.

Patch 1.3.2
- Added more modifiers and changed existing ones for the vanilla Galactic Reforms resolutions (nemesis resolutions were especially stale in terms of their AI weight modifiers. I added more modifiers and changed base weights so that resolutions that would normally never be proposed by AI will now have a chance to pass - for example, the permanent council seat resolutions used to be a dead resolution to AI, but now empires that have good relations with the target will be more likely to support that resolution and get the target a permanent council seat, or some emperor resolutions where AI would basically be locked to the base of 4 - such as the council election and appointment resolutions - are now more dependent on ethics and have a higher base) - this does mean that the nemesis resolutions file will be overwritten selectively;

- Added modifiers and changed existing ones for sanctions, xenophobe and xenophile resolutions to make it more dynamic and varied;

- Fixed some bugs with AI weights for high-level sanctions.

Patch 1.3.1
- Added diplomatic weight increase/decrease effects to high-level Authoritarian and Egalitarian resolutions;

- Improved titles and descriptions of Authoritarian low and medium level resolutions;

- Adjusted base AI weights for denouncement, permanent council seat, council seat resolutions and sanctions to be more dynamic;

- Significantly cleaned up unnecessary code from the mod's files that overwrite vanilla files (such as the resolutions, galactic community effects and static modifiers federations files) - this will make the mod have a higher passive compatibility with other mods;

- Fixed some localization bugs in resolutions.

Patch 1.3.0
- Reworked the Xenophobe and Xenophile resolution breaches to allow for breach fix effects (I had to remove diplomatic pacts from Xenophobe resolution breaches as it is currently impossible to mod breach fix effects with diplomatic pacts);

- Added breach events and fixes for all Xenophobe and Xenophile resolutions (along with the decade pulse and policy breach effects for both the player and AI);

- Implemented a new ethic attraction from resolutions system that greatly amplifies the attraction effect of high-level resolutions (I had to modify the vanilla ethics file for this, currently my only option is a full overwrite) - if you feel like it's too much/too little please let me know in the suggestions discussion or in the comments;

- Improved titles and descriptions for the Xenophobe resolutions (Xenophile resolutions were fine to me);

- Changed AI weights for Xenophile and Xenophobe resolutions to make it more realistic;

- Made it so that high-level xenophile/xenophobe resolutions would block high-level resolutions from the opposing category (it was present for the authoritarian-egalitarian resolutions before, improved that as well to prevent certain bugs from occurring);

- Numerous bug fixes to breach events and effects.

NOTE 1: Although I tested this patch extensively, some bugs may still be present. Feedback is appreciated.

NOTE 2: With the new ethics file overwrite, I expect there to be many compatibility issues with other mods that modify this file. If you played with a mod that modified ethics prior to this update and it now doesn't work, please let me know so I can make a compatibility patch.

Patch 1.2.0
- Added and changed some modifiers for AI weights for the Authoritarian resolutions;

- The level 6 Authoritarian resolution now prohibits all Greater Good resolutions above Five Year Plans, and any Greater Good resolution above Greater Than Ourselves will now prohibit all Authoritarian resolutions above Natural Hierarchy;

- The level 5 and 6 Authoritarian resolution breach events now present a new option that allows empires to shift their governing ethics to Authoritarian (if they aren't egalitarian or authoritarian);

- Scripted the new Authoritarian resolutions in the vanilla decade breach fix pulse in order to give empires more chances to change;

- Scripted the breaches for the Authoritarian resolutions to display in the living standards as well as preventing AI from choosing a forbidden living standard;

- Reworked the breach fix system in order to fix some major bugs that were causing the breach fix options to not change your government (e.g. incompatible civics will now be removed to make government change possible);

- Minor bug fixes related to the Natural Hierarchy breach fixes.

NOTE: As with all my medium and major patches, bugs and/or localization issues may be present, so if you see any of those please let me know so I can fix them.

-Changed AI weights for the Xenophobe resolutions to make it more realistic, and to better scale with the resolution's level.

-Changed some AI weights for sanctions so that AI that is not in breach of a resolution or whose rival is in breach will be more willing to vote for them. I also adjusted the base weights for them to scale better with the level of the sanctions.

-Added descriptions to all new resolution modifiers (yes, none of them had descriptions and I had to write them individually for all of the 60 resolutions + their repealing resolutions, all while each resolution having about 6-8 modifiers) - this will organize the modifiers nicely like in vanilla resolutions when you hover over an empire to see its weights;

-Tweaked AI weights so that they would scale with the level of the resolution, making them more dynamic;

-Merged/split/added modifiers for resolutions either to clean up code, or to make the system more realistic;

-Reworked the AI weights for the Malicious Intent resolution category;

-Fixed a few bugs with the AI weights.

NOTE: As this is a pretty big patch I suspect that there will be some bugs with localization or AI weights. Please let me know if you encounter any of these bugs either in the comments or the bug discussion (the latter would be better for bigger bugs).
