- Updated the mod for Stellaris 3.12.2.

Frissítés: 2024. máj. 7. @ 13:39

Patch 1.10.2
- Updated the mod for Stellaris 3.12.1;

- Fixed a long standing bug that made the opinion modifiers of the Xenophile and Xenophobe resolutions affect Fallen Empires;

- Fixed a bug that made the Dystopian Society living standard not be in breach of the level 4, 5, and 6 Egalitarian resolutions;

- Rounded the Trust Growth modifier to 100% from 99% for the level 6 Xenophile resolution;

- Made Research sanctions a bit more severe for the lvl 3 and 4 ones;

- Rebalanced AI weights for all level 3 and 4 sanctions + cleaned up old code;

- Base weight for all level 4 sanction repeals has been increased to 7 to compensate for the severity (much fewer empires support such extreme sanctioning, even if they're not in breach themselves);

- Added custom_tooltips to the Egalitarian, Authoritarian, Xenophobe and Xenophile resolution block conditions;

- Slightly changed the AI weights for the Greater Good resolutions to make AI a bit more accepting towards the lower level resolutions;

- Significanty reduced all diplomatic weight category modifiers for all resolutions (experimental, might be adjusted in future patches);

- Fixed a bug that made non-egalitarian AI empires favor the Basic Subsistence living standard way more than they should;

- AI should propose slightly less Sanction resolutions now;

- Adjusted AI weights for the Ecology resolutions;

- Minor bug fixes and localization improvements.

Patch 1.10.1
- Updated descriptor for 1.11.3;

- Egalitarian Custodians will no longer propose Custodianship Extension while there's no crisis ongoing;

- Egalitarian militarists will now have a slightly higher attraction to the lvl 1 and 2 Pacifist resolutions;

- Egalitarian nations will no longer propose for themselves to become Custodians if there's no ongoing crisis, nor will they propose term extension if the crisis ends during the Custodianship;

- Democratic Crusader Custodians will now propose the Prematurely End Custodianship resolution if there is no ongoing crisis, and other empires will support it;

- Egalitarian nations will no longer wish to have permanent council seats;

- Considerably decreased AI's willingness to support the formation of the Imperium during a crisis, and increased the willingness of non-egalitarian Xenophiles and of those who have Excellent opinion of the Custodian;

- Fixed a bug that made AI unable to switch away non-founder species pops from Full Citizenship to avoid being in breach of the level 4 Xenophobe resolution.

Patch 1.10.0B
- Fixed a bug that caused the Foreign Relations category to show to Custodians;

- Reduced the weight cooldown for the Expand GDF/IA resolutions to 15 years (previously 20).

Patch 1.10.0
- Reworked AI weights for most Sanction resolutions: The Tech sanctions will now be favored by Spiritualists instead of Materialists (spiritualists want to sanction tech progress more since they are more traditionalist), nations such as those with Shared Burdens or Worker Cooperative will also have more weight towards Economic sanctions (they wanna sanction those capitalists more), while the Megacorp modifier was slightly reduced and Council Members will now be more inclined to propose sanctions if they aren't in breach themselves. Other weights had their factors adjusted, and AI sanction voting should be smarter and more impactful;

- Added a country flag to the Custodian Nomination resolution to allow AI Custodians to determine when their timer is running out, boosting their AI weight significantly for the Extend Custodianship resolution (acts differently between Egalitarian and other empires) - experimental;

- Added a country flag to the GDF and Armada resolutions to make AI not vote for expansion unless 20 years have passed since its formation (I will look into methods that enable AI to determine this based on their naval cap usage for other patches) - experimental;

- Perpetual Custodianship now requires having passed the Extend Custodianship resolution + waiting a 10 year cooldown afterwards (this makes it harder for the Imperium to form, as realistically such changes would require lots of paperwork - bureaucracy) - experimental;

- Made it so that empires with the Selective Kinship civic will no longer be in breach of the level 4, 5 and 6 Xenophobe resolutions;

- The Galactic Mobilization and the Introduce Galactic Standard resolutions should now be available to the Emperor as well within the Foreign Relations category;

- Fixed a bug that caused the AI weight for crisis to be doubled when voting for Custodian resolutions;

- Toned down AI weights related to crisis presence for various Custodian and Emperor resolutions;

- Fixed double AI weight modifier for Council Size resolutions;

- Improved some localizations for AI weights;

- Added global flag for mod activation (NGS_is_installed).

NOTE 1: Due to the size of this patch and all the new experimental features, bugs are to be expected. Please report them if you find any on the Steam Workshop page within the Bug Reports discussion.

NOTE 2: Features labeled as experimental may or may not be removed in future patches depending on how they perform.

Patch 1.9.9
- No update needed for 3.11.2;

- Slightly increased happiness penalty of high-level Authoritarian resolutions;

- Adjusted weights for Gestalt resolutions to make non-gestalt AI empires less supportive of them;

- Slightly adjusted AI weights for the Xenophile resolutions to account for xenophilic authoritarian empires with slaver guilds;

- Slightly nerfed the level 6 and 5 Egalitarian resolutions by changing the Empire size modifier to increase it instead of decreasing it (more rights + government services = more bureaucracy).
