- Updated the mod for Stellaris 3.14.1;

- Significantly increased load priority of the mod's resolution files to prevent issues with vanilla replacements (Warning: this might break compatibility patches but will also fix many issues that could have made parts of this mod not activate properly such as AI weights and resolution changes);

- Added a resolution cooldown (for AI) when a sanction or a sanction repeal fails (2.5 years and 2 years respectively) in order to help clear up the queue so that other resolutions can pass and not get clogged by 4+ repeals - this is based on the same system as my previous implementation of resolution cooldowns when sanctions or sanction repeals passed;

- Improved AI weights for the new Grand Archive resolutions;

- AI Custodians should now always propose and support Focus resolutions;

- AI Council members will now be more willing to support Focus resolutions;

- Slightly improved AI weights for the Synth Queen Focus resolution as well;

- AI should now properly respond to the Cetana endgame crisis regarding Custodianship;

- The extended breach condition of Mercenary fleets for the Defense Privatization resolutions (added in 3.14.1 where any other type of rented fleet such as a Marauder fleet counts) now correctly applies to the level 4 and 5 resolutions as well.

NOTE: Please report any bugs you encounter either in the mod's comments section or in the special Bug Reports Discussion on the Steam Workshop. Some issues might arise with these new systems.

- Improved AI weights for the Focus resolutions (non-xenophobe AI should now be more willing to propose and support them);

- Fixed a bug that caused certain empires to support the Tiyanki Pest Control resolution even if they were in breach;

- Implemented additional AI weight modifiers to the other conservation resolutions to ensure AI doesn't propose resolutions they're in breach of.

- Improved AI weights for the Cosmic Storms resolutions;

- Non-xenophilic Militarists, even Egalitarian ones, are now more likely to support the level 1, 2 and 3 Sovereignty resolutions;

- Updated old leader_enhancements policy modifiers;

- AI will now always oppose the Council Size 1 resolution if they are on the 2nd Council position;

- Authoritarian Council members will now always oppose custodianship of another council member, as they want to have it instead.

- Updated the mod for Stellaris 3.13.0 & fixed some old bugs;

- Added a trade value penalty to the Sovereignty resolutions;

- Added citizen pop happiness bonus to the level 4, 5 and 6 Sovereignty resolutions;

- Slightly reduced empire size from pops reduction for the level 1 and 2 Gestalt resolutions;

- Reduced AI weights for the level 3 Defense Privatization resolution;

- Reduced Castigation AI weight cooldowns;

- The Denounced modifier now lasts 20 years instead of 10;

- Added some missing script lines to colony_types.

- Reworked AI weights for Constitutional Immunity resolutions;

- Fixed a bug that caused AI empires to evaluate their opinion of themselves when voting for certain resolutions, thus adding an unnecessary weight bonus;

- Fixed some localization errors regarding Mutual Defense modifiers;

- AI empires with the Honorbound Warriors personality will now support the level 1, 2 and 3 Pacifist resolutions;

- Xenophobe empires that aren't pacifist will now oppose all Pacifist resolutions above level 1 even if they aren't militarist;

- Reduced bureaucratic cooldown for Custodianship term extension to 15 years (from 20), for perpetual custodianship to 10 years (from 15), and for Imperium to 5 years (from 10);

- Reduced sanction cooldown from 10 years to 5 years;

- Fixed some localization issues with some resolutions in the Foreign Relations category.

- Adjusted Denouncement resolution AI weights to make AI that hates an empire more eager to support it;

- (hopefully) Fixed the Crusade wargoal;

- Adjusted the AI weights for the Pacifist resolutions to make more benevolent empires support them more;

- The Crusade and Unequal Treaties wargoals are now correctly disabled when Pax Galactica is active;

- Added a breach event to the level 6 spiritualist resolution along with two breach fixes for both players and AI;

- Fixed a bug that made the level 6 Ecology resolution not enforce its requirements;

- The level 4, 5 and 6 Ecology resolutions no longer ban terraforming Tomb Worlds and Barren Worlds into non-Gaia planets (e.g. you can now terraform Barren Worlds into Continentals without being in breach).

- Minor fixes to AI policies and weight improvements;

- Fixed the Servitude AI policy being labeled as in Breach of the lvl 3, 4, 5 and 6 Materialist resolutions;

- Improved localization for the newly added Custodianship Term resolution conditions;

- Updated descriptor.

- Made some adjustments to the AI weights for the Defense Privatization resolutions;

- Minor adjustments to the AI weights for the Megacorp resolutions;

- Updated diplomatic stance code;

- Removed the outdated non-English language files (translations are available as submods listed in the mod's Steam description);

- Custodianship term resolution cooldowns are now properly documented within tooltips (20 years for Extension, 15 years for Removal, 10 years for Imperium formation);

- Minor fix for the lvl 1 Megacorp resolution that made it unavailable if the lvl 6 commerce resolution was active.

- Updated the mod for Stellaris 1.12.3.

- Replaced the old thumbnail of the mod (finally).
