Armies with a larger number of units have a certain advantage over those with fewer units.

Now the numerical factor adds an advantage.
The brute strength of units has been given greater weight and other characteristics have been subtracted.
There is now a greater chance that an army will survive its first combat.

Multiple factors have been adjusted for better performance.
The damage dealt and received by each entity has been readjusted, providing greater benefits to individual units and smaller regiments.
There should now be fewer casualties in battles where there is a clear winner.
The classification of battles should now be more accurate.

A casualty penalty has been added for defending ranged units in ambush battles.

The effectiveness of melee units has been slightly reduced
