- Added a Mod Preferences Menu
- Added a tweak for items that can not be split by hand
- Added a remaining space in bin counter
- Added a remaining items in provider
- Fixed portion counter when portioning an item

- Rehauled entire system to be more robust
- All additions + portion counter have preferences

- Moved number to be beside the icons

- Changed the name to CountUp!

- Numbers now appear on any portionable that does not have a portion count that exceeds 100.

- The number will now take into account whether the portionable will "deplete" into the portioned item

- Fixed bugs with some foods not having counter shown

- Fixed bugs with some food showing the wrong number
