Stats for Australian, Russian cavalry revised: Russia gets ranged cav superiority.

Tank, cavalry are finalised. But more needs to be done.

Tanks should all now be properly linked to one another with prereqs innplace.

- For Britain and Germany, unlocking Militarism is necessary to get the Grosstraktor and the A1E1 out.
- The status of tanks for France is a little more forgiving with France able to unlock the FCM 2C And the Char B1 - these were actually part of France's tank fleet at a point in time.
- Russia's approach to tanks is very much the vanilla system with Russia being able to pump out tanks from any and all Armouries.

Patriot appearances and stats finalised.

- Russian UUs installed - all of these are mostly cavalry.
- Cleaned up the proportions between Russian tanks and various units. Previously T-24 appeared to be smaller than BA-27s, the issue has since been fixed.

The game plan for Russia thus is to tech up as quickly as possible, and go Communist, even if it means the disappearance of the RKKA unit. Instead Russia has to play the military and science cards hard, and follow historic paths to obtain all Armoury unit upgrades - T-24, Ba-27, T-27. It isn't likely that Russia can receive the Merc Hall or Warrior Halls yet.

- Premier (based off Stalin for Russia) and Dictator (based opff te same and Reza Pahlavi for Persia) have been added. This skin should be reused later on for AXP.
