added ability to toggle skybox

fixed case where enabling fog while server is empty would return script errors (untested, may not actually be fixed)

fixed addon breaking base fog on maps

fixed addon not working on maps without fog controllers

addon now automatically disables skybox while fog is enabled to further increase fps
