-Arrows now properly penetrate enemies, meaning that instead of repeatedly damaging an enemy till it either dies or moves out the way, it'll penetrate straight through them as it should. (Thanks Global!)
-Adjusted arrow velocity to be much, much faster.
-Changed tracer color to be more in line with the color of the arrow on the model.
-Tracer is now a bit more visible.
